Retro ground floor motel. Our room had been remodeled. Great room. Sink/vanity area just outside bathroom door so I was able to brush teeth/hair while bathroom/shower occupied. Pillows/bedding clean and white and comfortable. Parking just outside door.

We have stayed at Gateway Inn before. We came down for a family funeral. Staff was super friendly and beds were comfy. In room fridge & microwave worked well for us. If you are looking for a small town local place to stay, this is it. Clean, and comfy.

TV and channel selection was excellent. Seemed newly renovated. Bedding and bed seemed newer. Two huge recliners a bonus. Everything in the bsth area worked well.
